Royster, Executive Vice President and CFO, will present at UBS Warburg Annual Media Week Conference ("UBS Conference") and Credit Suisse First Boston Media & Telecom Conference ("CSFB Conference").

The UBS Conference will be held December 8-11, 2003 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel at Grand Central in New York City. Mr. Liggins and Mr. Royster are scheduled to present on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
