Radio One, Inc. Promotes Bob Rich to General Manager of the Richmond Cluster

Will Manage the Day-to-Day Operations of WKJS-FM, WJMO-FM, WCDX-FM and WRHH-FM in Richmond, Virginia

Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK; ROIA) announced today, that effective immediately, it has promoted Bob Rich to General Manager of WKJS-FM 104.7, WJMO-FM 105.7, WCDX-FM 92.1 and WRHH-FM 99.3 in the Richmond, Virginia market. In this position, Bob Rich will manage the day-to-day operations of the stations. He will report to Pam Somers, Vice President and Regional Manager of the Richmond market.

Radio One hired Mr. Rich a year ago as the Director of Sales for the Radio One Richmond Cluster. He came to Radio One from Target Marketing where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for three years. Prior to that, for the past eighteen years, Mr. Rich has held various management positions in the radio broadcasting industry around the Richmond area such as General Manager for Metro Networks, Vice President and General Manager for Liberty Broadcasting, Four Seasons Communications Company, and Eden Broadcasting Company, President and General Manager for Brill Media Company, and General Sales Manager for EZ Communications Company.
