Launched in January 2006, Syndication One programming airs on 25 local news/talk stations across the country providing engaging and compelling talk shows from 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday.

"The launch of our three Syndication One Shows on XM Channel 169 - The Power gives these programs the nationwide reach they truly deserve. We are thrilled that we were able to partner with XM to extend these shows to new audiences all over the country," said Zemira Jones, VP of Operations for Radio One.

"This is a major boost and I am excited that people will be able to hear it everywhere," said Reverend Sharpton. The Al Sharpton Show "Keeping It Real," features Reverend Sharpton tackling a range of issues from national news stories, key issues impacting people of color, presidential politics, and more. The 2 Live Stews are Brothers Doug and Ryan Stewart. They are revolutionizing the world of sports talk radio with high energy, interviews with the hottest athletes, celebrities and interesting topics that bring something new to the "old school" sports talk format. The show airs daily from 4-7 p.m. ET, and online at www.2livestewstalk.net.

"We're extremely excited to be taking our brand of sports talk to XM and expanding our audience. "Now more people than ever can have an exciting alternative to traditional sports talk...XM listeners, 'Welcome to the Dogghouse.'"

The Warren Ballentine Show features Warren Ballentine, "The People's Attorney." The listeners he calls his "Truth Fighters" have an open and frank discussion each weekday about legal issues, politics, education, religion, sex, and anything else that's topical. During his three hours of "thought radio," Warren shoots straight from the hip and inspires his listeners to not just complain, but to take action to solve problems. The show airs daily from 10am -1pm. ET, and online at www.truthfighter.com.

"I look forward to talking with and empowering these two great listening audiences," Ballantine said. "This is truly a great day in radio for Truth Fighters everywhere, for on my show you will always get just that...the truth."
