WASHINGTON, Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Radio One, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROIAK and ROIA) announced today that Alan Leinwand has been named Vice President and General Manager of its Washington, DC radio stations.

Alan joined the company in September of 2010 as Director of Sales for the Washington, DC stations. His previous experience includes 16 years at CBS Radio where he held positions as General Sales Manager, Vice President/General Manager and Vice President of Sales. He also worked as General Sales Manager for Clear Channel Radio in New York.
