Radio One, Inc. Announces that Douglas M. Spak has been Named Vice President and General Manager of the Cincinnati Market

Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK and ROIA) announced today that Douglas M. Spak has been named Vice President and General Manager of its Cincinnati radio stations.

Doug Spak brings his 30 years of marketing and business development experience to Radio One. Having spent the last 25 years in Cincinnati, Doug has built relationships with advertisers and the community that will complement the mission and the focus of our three radio stations. Most recently Doug had his own consulting business and provided a variety of services to small and mid-sized businesses including brand and media strategy.
