Radio One, Inc. Announces that Eddie Harrell, Jr. has been Named Vice President and General Manager of the Columbus Market

Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK and ROIA) announced today that Eddie Harrell, Jr. has been named Vice President and General Manager of its Columbus radio stations.

Eddie Harrell, Jr. is a mission-oriented professional, whose career path includes a unique blend of skills and experience in operations management (non-profit and corporate environment) as well as leadership experience driving revenue growth, productivity, and improved bottom-line business results.

Mr. Harrell has held the position of President and CEO for the Columbus Urban League for the past five years where he successfully led the organization to positive business results after several consecutive years of six figure operating deficits.

In 2000, Mr. Harrell was recognized as one of the outstanding "Forty Under Forty" community leaders in Central Ohio by Business First. He currently serves on several professional boards and community organizations in the Ohio Area.
