WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 23, 2008--Radio One, Inc. (NASDAQ:ROIAK and ROIA) announced that effective immediately Tim Davies will assume the role of Vice President/ Market Manager for WJZZ-FM, WHTA-FM, WPZE-FM and WAMJ-FM in Atlanta.

Mr. Davies brings over 20 plus years of broadcasting experience including a prior stint with Radio One in Houston. For the past six years he has produced tremendous results for the Clear Channel Radio cluster based in Memphis.
