WASHINGTON, Jun 06, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Radio One, Inc. We believe that this stock repurchase program is in our stockholders' best interests, and we intend to execute it in such a way that we will not overly burden our balance sheet or be unable to continue to maintain our leverage in our 'comfort zone' of 4-6x EBITDA."
