WASHINGTON, Feb 25, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK; ROIA) today reported that Steve Harvey, its top-rated morning show radio personality in Los Angeles, has re-signed to a four-year employment agreement. Terms of the agreement were not otherwise disclosed.

Radio One is the nation's seventh largest radio broadcasting company (based on 2001 pro forma revenue) and the largest primarily targeting African- American and urban listeners.
