Moments later, Parr, Fox, and their production staff watched a live news broadcast of the second commercial airplane plowing into another WTC tower. The morning team continued to provide listeners with up-to-the-minute developments as they occurred, and subsequently extended their national radio broadcast, which would have normally ended at 10:00 a.m. (EST.), for nearly three additional hours.

"This tragedy has changed the way we will live the rest of our lives as Americans. Olivia Fox and I are deeply saddened by the senseless deaths of all those innocent people in New York and Washington, DC. We will continue to pray for the families of all of the victims, and we will do whatever we can to try to help the Red Cross collect the blood donations and supplies needed to help the survivors," added nationally syndicated radio personality, Russ Parr.
