Liggins, III and Chief Financial Officer, Scott R. Royster, were filed yesterday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, without qualification, as required by Section 906 of the recently passed Sarbanes- Oxley Act of 2002. The certifications were filed with Radio One, Inc.'s Form 10-Q for the second quarter of 2002.
