WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2003--Radio One, Inc. ("Radio One") (NASDAQ:ROIAK and ROIA) announced today that Alfred C. Liggins, III, CEO and President, and Scott R. Royster, Executive Vice President and CFO, will present at William Blair & Company's 23rd Annual Growth Stock Conference ("William Blair Conference") and Wachovia Securities' 13th Annual Nantucket Conference ("Wachovia Conference").

The William Blair Conference will be held June 22-26, 2003, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Liggins and Mr. Royster are scheduled to present on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 from 1:40 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. Central Time.
